How well do you aim?

Posted: 2014/01/06 in From the perspective of an Archery Coach.

imageAll too often we live in the past, placing value in things that once were. Life isn’t about looking to the past to supposedly protect the future, that kind of thinking can only serve, at best, to hold you back. Nor, is life about looking to the future and filling it with expectations that may not be attainable.

Life is about what you do while aiming.

What happens is a direct result of knowing it will happen and not forcing a result with expectation. Live for the moment, not what has been or will be… Live in the now.

Now, boil all this down to focusing on this shot, not the next or the last, this shot… aim without expectation.
